Tree has grown to alarming proportions and could be a hazard to property if blown over in high winds
Reported in the Public Trees category by John Oxbrough at 15:06, Tue 25 August 2020 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2262827.
The tree is adjacent to the 314 Bus StopˋChilham Way´on Mounthurst Road. The tree has grown alarmingly and given the high winds we are experiencing I feel that it now poses a significant hazard to property and traffic. Please could it be either removed or pruned. I am aware of the enormous value of trees generally and to the local environment.

The cosmetic pruning at the base of the tree does not address the original problem. The tree is too tall and could come down in high winds presenting a hazard to traffic and property.

The tree has been inspected and works have been raised to address an identified health & safety or highway obstruction issue.
