Badly reinstated trenchwork

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2261066.

At this location in I believe 2019 some form of utility trenchwork across the full width of carriageway was unsatisfactorily re-instated and has now subsided causing a nasty drop. Please instruct the utility or the contractors to make good their bad workmanship at their own expense. this was previously reported in February 2020 with no remedial work since then.
