Constant blocking of main road/junction

The fresh and fruity owner constantly parks his van outside the shop all day everyday hes open. Its on double yellows and opposite a junction. Makes the whole area dangerous as blocks your view. He isn't loading, it's parked there all day everyday.

  • The business owner constantly parks here, even when not loading. Its so dangerous opposite that junction. You cannot see to overtake it when approaching from the roundabout and therefor becomes a problem not only to those over taking but those coming the otherway. Also narrows the road from emerging out the junction
