Overgrown hedge on highway

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2260816.

Near house 25 on highway a hedge is not maintained for people to walk by with out having to walk on road. Lamppost nearby including a dropped kerb. But to many sharp branches and overgrown hedge for disable wc and buggies to get by
