Sent to Runnymede Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2260323.

While on the litter pick on Saturday, I tried to gather up a long length of black cable but the end was stuck fast. It is under the first University's walkway over the A30 on the left hand side going down the hill near the bus stop.
