Rogue car trader - making residents lives HELL

Reported in the Council car parks category anonymously at 08:45, Mon 24 August 2020

Sent to Leicestershire County Council and Oadby and Wigston Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2260068.

A car trader with over 15 vehicles is using Burleigh Avenue, Westfield Avenue, Croft Drive and now Bethel Church as his own stock storage area.

Residents CANNOT park outside or even NEAR their own homes.

Has the trader EH & AH Esat Cars operating from 97 Burleigh Avenue, Wigston, got planning permission for this from the council? Is he allowed to run a business from a rented property and is he allowed to maintain and repair cars on his drive?

He continuously moves them around to try and evade detection. If he was doing nothing wrong, why do this???

The local residents have severe concerns over the lack of action in this matter. This issue has been present for 10 years and is getting worse
