Still no public EV chargers in Witney

Why has WODC been so slow to install electric car chargers? This area has fallen behind all other councils and towns and it's very disappointing that in 2020 there are no public EV chargers in town. Car park and Street side chargers are needed asap for residents and visitors to Witney.
