Constant parking of vehicles on the brow of the hill opposite The Pough Inn.

Constant parking of vehicles on the brow of the hill opposite The Pough Inn. They block the pavement which means pedestrians have to walk in the road. Driving past the parked cars is dangerous as it means having to drive partially on the wrong side of the road & as it's a hill, seeing oncoming traffic isn't possible. I've had several near misses as have other drivers & pedestrians. Double yellow lines are needed to stop the dangerous parking.
