Flooding due to block gully

Sent to Arun District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later

Road Gully block on the south bound carriageway . Causing flooding to centre of the road. This gully has been block for over 2 years. A sign warning of a flood is in a over grown hedge. This has been a problem at this location for over 20 years & has been reported to WSCC on many occasions. A FOI request is being placed to what individual is responsible for this , & why no action has been taken
