Multiple potholes together with mud and gravel on the road

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Multiple potholes between the two drains either side of the road, together with the edge of the road broken away in two places either side of the gate. The one pothole has a corner of what looks like a brick sticking out which as the pothole gets bigger will cause damage to tyres. Recent rain has also washed gravel and mud onto the road.
