Water leaking through tarmac, Rosehill Rd at junc with Middle Warberry

This water leak has been ongoing for ages. You can see from the tarmac, the times the road has been dug up. But this leak has still not been fixed. A few years ago a small sinkhole appeared right next to this on the edge of the road at the same junction. The leak is most prevalent after rainfall. It’s obviously easier to see after heavy rainfall but when the rest of the road has dried out around it.
