Overgrown hedging and tree obstruction along footpath

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2254261.

There is currently a large number of overgrown shrubs, hedging and trees along Newton Road on the train track side. This is making it hard for users of the footpath to use and people have to walk in the road for sections of the path. This has been present for at least the last 6 months and has gotten gradually worse.
