Pothole filled and left barriers,

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2254220.

The pothole outside 187 tq4 7rn was filled over three weeks ago. still there is a trip hazard and not flat. and after reporting the barrier red on black feet are still there after reporting for it to be removed.
