Water stop tap external box broken on road very dangerous to pedestrians and traffic

Sent to Rochdale Borough Council less than a minute later

This has been reported and a team re-cemented it in place but didn’t finish the job with tarmac on 16th August. It is again dangerous as the traffic has pulled the box out of the ground. The road sees a huge amount of traffic with this spot being where downhill and uphill traffic meet. The box has again been moved onto the pavement and awaits being fixed again.
