Toxic Apple Thorn plant

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2252058.
This weed is growing on footpath against fence it is Highly toxic to animals and humans. Known as Jimsonweed or Apple Thorn, will create hallucinatory issues before possible death.

I have inspected this and it appears to be growing on private property. As such Highways are unable to assist, but it may be worth trying to contact Warwick District Council

Thank you for the update and information regarding the plants location. I have inspected this and will now arranger to have it removed and the area weed sprayed so it will not return. Thank you again.
