So many cars without permits I can't park my car down my own street

The situation down Zetland Street is very bad more and more cars turn up without permits staying all sorts of hours and overnight. I have my permit and at least 6 cars are here every time I come back from work without permits parking on double yellow lines and I can never park down my own street. 2 cars have not moved for 3 months without and they do not have permits and there is only space for about 8 or 9 cars. But its so bad they all park down the street blocking all the other cars from being able to get out. A traffic warden would love coming down this street but I haven't seen one for months. This really needs sorting. There is people living down this street who do not think they need a permit but it annoys me that I have mine and I can't even park down my own street for the last 4 weeks.
