Street lighting

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2251790.

There are 5 street lighting that are not working in this area. This street is completely dark. Very dangerous for pedestrians. Is this area not the responsibility of Counsil? Whose responsibility is it?
