Wheelie Bins are permanently left on the footway on one side of Warwick Road between Parklands and Neithrop Avenue

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later

Residents on the even number side of Warwick Road between Parklands and Neithrop Avenue permanently leave their wheelie bins on the footway, this is illegal and the council should stop this happening.
