Persistent parking on bend in the road

Home owners concerned about irresponsible parking likely to cause road traffic accidents and cessation of life in relation to family pets. The green vehicle is parked opposite 37 & 39, Charterfield Drive on a regular basis. The driver visits a house, with parking, further along Charterfield Drive where there is less congestion. There is also a Seat which has been sorn and still parking on the road outside the premises of its owner.

Nothing has change. The council say ‘its not their concern’ The police say it is a council matter
