Loose manhole cover noisy when cars drive over

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2248358.

At the pedestrian traffic lights at the end of North Street (between Horsham Gates One and Century House [builidng site]) there is a manhole cover that moves and makes noise when cars drive over it. The clatter makes sleeping impossible.
