Cars parked on junction

Twice in a row we have not had our refuse taken on Friday as the dustcart has been unable to get into our street Harcourt Road, Kibworth Beauchamp. Cars park very near to the junction with Fleckney road sometimes all day and as well as being impossible for larger vehicles to access the street it is hard for cars to negotiate access to and from Fleckney road. This is becoming a real problem that has bee happening for years.
