Pothole next to manhole cover near junction

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2247201.

Pothole or sunken road surface next to manhole cover on Uppingham road near the junction with Colchester road. The manhole cover also makes a noise when you drive over it. Sounds like it is loose or wonky.
