Lumpy Laid Tarmac

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2245491.

Lumpy bumpy poorly laid tarmac has been laid in 2 places about 20 metres before and after the Water Works junction, carriageway side heading Twyford. This incompetent work is commonplace this year in Hampshire.
