Excessive speeding on Stahorn Grove

Sent to Arun District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2243440.

Excessive speeding all the time, exercebated by cars parked all the time on one side. Noise is made worse due to useless rumble strips that should be replaced by proper full width speed bumps
