6 am ! containers and machinery being moved round. Builders aren't allowed to start tools till 8am,

Sent to Runnymede Borough Council and Surrey County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2242944.

We live opposite a yard which we have no problems at all if they started at 8am. But sometimes 5am to 6am. All we can hear is big metal heavy containers being dropped and moved round. The sound makes all the houses down our road vibrate. Which at 6 am is rather disturbing.
