Street light causing light pollution into property

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2242072.

The new light recently fitted are leaking light pollution into garden, conservatory & bedroom at neighbouring property.

The number on the lampost is 3

Previous street light had shielding on the north side (back) and East side (left hand side) to prevent this but this was not re-fitted when the lights were upgraded.

Streetlight pollution (light tresspass) counts as a statutory nuisance under the Environment Act 1990 (section 79.1.fb)
