Noisy, loose drain cover on road

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2240166.

When cars drive over the loose drain cover it makes an excessive noise that's affecting many residents in the area. This needs to be fixed asap due to the volume of traffic that drives over it.
