Well, the answer to my question is obviously NO as I get an automated response asking me if the problem has been fixed.When this service was operated by the council it actually used to work and things got fixed. Fix my street is a joke!

Well, 2 months down the line and still no progress. I guess that a visually impaired person could do themselves real damage on those brambles.
