A large tree had fallen over 2 years ago , the stump and barriers still remain . on a windy day the barriers get blown around and cause a problem on the road . how many more years to wait ?

I live in parkhurst road , and it is quite busy with cars parking to go to the hospital , schoolchildren , shoppers , and walkers . and most of all its an eyesore .
