Persistent dog foulling

Reported in the Street cleaning category by Maya Johnson at 04:29, Wed 11 January 2012

Sent to Kingston Upon Thames 1 minute later

Down Stormont Way, onto Woodgate and then on to Clayton Road. It is simply disgusting. My son and I managed to avoid the first three piles of faeces only to tread in the fourth on our walk from our house in Stormont Way to our childminder's house in Clayton Road on Tuesday morning. The area outside our child minder's house (Clayton Road, no 25) is continuously used as a dog toilet simply because there is a patch of grass. We have schools for young children in this area and playgroups, as well as the library which young children walk down these roads to access. The dog owners should be made aware of the gravity of this offence, caught and fined. Why is Big Brother not watching in this instance?!
