A lidless green recycling bin has been left out on Grove Road for more than 5 weeks. The public have filled it with bags of rubbish. We reported the bin to the refuse collection team 2 weeks ago but it remains where it has been abandoned. Please can this be resolved ASAP as it will attract Vermin and other Animals. Thank you
