The station lift is always out of order. Why?

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later

The station lift never is working. Why not? It’s next to the station. People carry cases and their shopping that way. The taxis are now positioned near there. How are the disabled supposed to access the station? I’ve seen it working, and used it, 4 times in 5 years of living in Brighton, and co Muting to London. You should be ashamed...
