Blocked drain, water flooding my property

This has been going on for over two months now. theres a stream running down the road the drain is blocked and full of water. somehow water finds its way underground to my garden. i literally have a river on my property. running water destroyed my patio stairs. no one is interested. someone from highways turned up and brushed the leaves of the top of the drain.. nedless to say this didnt solve the issue. council is saying the cant unblock the drain because of parked cars.. no one is interested in solving this and its getting worse every day!

  • Just spoke to my neighbour. she has the same issue. water coming through the ground flooding her garden.
