Loose and noisy manhole cover on Slateford Road at entrance to Hermand Street

Heavy road usage on Slateford Road has caused this manhole cover to become loose and it bangs when vehicles drive over it. Even with double glazing it is a constant presence in my flat and is driving me to despair as there is no respite. It is worse in the the early hours as I can't drown it out with music or TV and it is disturbing my sleep. This same problem was reported a few years back and fixed. I reported it again directly to Edinburgh Council on 19/05/20 when it started anew and given a ref 101000202820. I received an email on 20/05 which said 'the job associated with your enquiry has now been completed'. It clearly wasn't looked into.
