The wall of the Tink a Tank is still badly damaged after a tree fell on it a couple of years ago.

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

The USRN (Unique Street Reference Number) of the Tink a Tank is 42302080 and according to the National Street Gazetteer it is maintainable at public expense, so why haven't Warwick Council fixed it after two years?
