I wanted to report that this illegal road narrowing is becoming increasingly dangerous.
Yesterday I only just avoided a head on collision.
Where the road has been built up with garden waste this is now being spread over the road in the wet weather leaving it very muddy and increasing the hazardous nature of the road.

Is the council going to do anything about this before someone will get hurt????
So far nothing had been done and it has been reported months ago!
Pleas wake up

This road is becoming increasingly dangerous - the overall gradual narrowing and the piling up of garden waste and branches means that the road is constantly wet and covered in rotting materials (I witnessed a man cutting branches off the shrubs opposite the Lamb Pub and laying them into the road to extend the verge). The council need to come and clear back the build up so that the road is back to being the width of two cars to avoid there being a serious accident. SODC you need to look into this especially as there is now a planning application in place for the property.
