Folage covering the pavement, children are going on road to get around it. House looks

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later

The ivy has crept on to the pavement, therefore the children are dropping on to the road to get around it. When walking and using their bikes. There is a registered blind man with his dog who has been affected too. House looks derelict, has been for over 6 years.

  • Someone fell recently outside this property. An elderly lady with her dog, her metal framed glasses stuck into her eyebrow and had to go to hospital. She lives on Mill Lane.

  • Ive tried to find who owns the derelict property, but he died. The pathway is really dangerous now, and the hedge is quite out of control. I tried to ask people in the area to tackle it together, but we went into Tier 3. The address is Mill Hill, Horning NR12. Not crabbetts marsh as shown on map. Please come soon, as you can before someone else falls.
