Not enough bins and health and safety issue

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category by Steve Holder at 10:55, Sunday 2 August 2020

Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

There aren’t enough bins and a health and safety issue of broken glass, wildlife and vermin scavenging like kites and foxes and the potential harm to people and farm animals. We need more bins and dog poop bins down by the river secure and metal so they can’t be thrown in river or set fire to.
