Boat and car

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2224220.

Dispite Cherwell DC coming out and not being able to find these vehicles, and boat that have not moved for at least 9 months, they are still here and still talking up badly needed parking spaces, and they are beginning to attract undesirables to the area.
