Gas Main Laying Contractor Fly Tipping Rubbish

Sent to Rugby Borough Council less than a minute later

The gas main laying contractor has left piles of rubbish. Packaging, empty drink bottles, wooden pallets, diesel containers in various areas on Crick road. The rubbish is a risk to public health and a risk for dog owners with half empty diesel containers and spills. If I fly tip in Rugby I would be prosecuted why do they have immunity to treat our community like vandals?
