London football oiks' graffiti

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2223416.

Past couple of days: concrete esplanade and sea wall defaced by spray-on graffiti where Environmental Agency vehicle access ramp opens on to beach at Coast Drive.
