Junction of oak close and beechwood

Just wondering why this junction and pine tree road don’t have road markings to link onto beechwood road? it is dangerous as cars fly out with out stopping. i had a crash there a few months ago and was told its wasn't there fault as it hasn't got give way markers on the road. plus cars park everywhere which again makes it one lane of traffic around the corner
