Mattresses/ rubbish,on old council houseing dept next to Marshall’s fish bar ,on Uppingham road Leicester ,

I reported this problem 5 weeks ago, I had a update to say this problem as been resolved, but it’s not, if not resolve, Soon going to contact Leicester mercury / local MP, show them the photos,there was a fire next to the rubbish 2 weeks ago ina jitty way set of by lo youths , if they set fire to this rubbish there are flats above the shop’s could be life threatening,I hop this can be resolved ASAP, wouldn’t like to be a wittiness of a tragedy,thank you ,
