Junction of plantation road and park place

Residents of park place and plantation road are consistently parking on the junction . Under the Highway Code that should be a no anyway but it is getting dangerous in the dark and around school times with people trying to get past the parked cars . There is also a bus stop on plantation road that seems to be inaccessible with all the parked cars - there Is a bus stop sign but no markings .
