Recycling bin not taken

Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Hi there. Put bins out Sunday night for collection Monday. Bins were green, food and brown. Had a flat box which was propped up green bin to stop box blowing away. All bins and box were emptied except for green bin. Please advise.
