Severe overgrowth from Stokesmead boundary

Reported via Android in the Roads/highways category by Cllr Dr Philip Raffaelli CB FRCP, Cllr for Anglesey Ward at 13:45, Mon 27 July 2020

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2218586.

This is an annual problem. The Stokesmead site is owned by Abbey Homes and they do not look after the boundary. As indicated in the picture on Clayhall Road it is now difficult for prams or wheelchairs to pass. Even more so due to social distancing requirements. It is the same on all four sides of the site. Each year HCC ends up cutting back the overgrowth. Rather than waiting for complaints thus should be done proactively.
