Flytipping general rubbish being left on top

Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

This has been here in excess of a week people are using it as a bin and just seen someone else add a finished bottle of vodka to it en route to the shops.

This land is privately owned by Sovereign Housing Association. They are responsible for clearance and have been notified.
