Badly phased crossing lights

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2217286.

This crossing should be a pedestrian controlled crossing but is instead a vehicle controlled one. Crossing only gives priority to pedestrians once the road is empty of vehicles thus making the crossing a pointless waste of the public's money. lights should change to amber immediately button is pressed and red after 2 seconds.
