Pedestrian crossing lights not changing.

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2216826.

The pedestrian crossing traffic lights on Barton's Road, near junction with Martin Road, do not appear to go red to stop traffic when the button is pressed.
