Damage to woodland

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Roebuck woods had been badly damaged of late. This started with BMX bike riders digging up the woodland floor to create a track jumps ect.Now other party's are creating excessive litter, some trees have been set on fire and groups of people are using it to drink and take drugs. This needs more than just s clean up.The woodland floor needs restoring, and measures need to be put in place to deter people from abusing this important price of woodland.A good way of doing this sounds counter productive bet the felling of some trees to create difficult access would work and actually be beneficial to the woodland creating a more diverse habitat for birds insects ect.
1)Rubbish was cleared from around the bench but now building up again. 2)chairs and other furniture and surrounding rubbish cleared, which was excellent. 3) rubbish and other dumped items around the burnt tree still there, now there had been reports of more trees being burnt in that same area. 4)The damage to the woodland floor has not been rectified, i.e ramps ect for BMX bikers.
